Minister Sridhar Babu emphasized the satisfaction of farmers in the state due to the government's various decisions. Speaking during his visit to Manthani on Tuesday, where he laid the foundation stones for several development projects, the minister highlighted several key initiatives being implemented by the government for the welfare of farmers.
He mentioned the government's commitment to providing relief through schemes such as loan waiver, a ₹500 bonus per quintal for paddy, and increasing the investment assistance under the Rythu Bharosa scheme to ₹12,000 as part of their ongoing promises. Despite financial challenges, the government is ensuring the implementation of these commitments one after another.
Sridhar Babu urged party workers to intensify the promotion of these schemes in every village panchayat. He suggested utilizing cable channels and social media to ensure that all farmers are well-informed about these benefits. He also revealed that steps are being taken to provide a ring road facility for the town of Manthani.
