The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) has given a fresh boost to its organizational structure in Andhra Pradesh with the appointment of a new General Secretary to the Backward Classes (BC) Cell for Palnadu district.
In an official press release dated August 16, 2025, from the party’s central office in Tadepalli, Guntur district, YSRCP announced this key change, underscoring its commitment to empowering backward communities across the region. The decision, authorized by Chief Minister and party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, aims to further strengthen BC representation in local and state politics.
Party sources say that the newly appointed General Secretary will be tasked with championing the interests of the BC community in Palnadu.
