Spiritual leader and Isha Foundation founder Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev has strongly condemned the brutal terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, that claimed 26 lives. Terming the attack as a heinous and despicable act, Sadhguru emphasized that terrorists must be dealt with using an “iron fist” to preserve the sovereignty and peace of the country.
Offering his deepest condolences to the families of the deceased, Sadhguru highlighted the intent behind such attacks. “Terrorism is not war—it is an attempt to sow fear, divide society, and sabotage economic progress,” he remarked. He urged all Indians to set aside their differences and stand united in supporting the security forces.
He further stated, “If we truly want to protect our nation, we must act with long-term resolve. Suppressing such forces requires unity, strength, and unwavering commitment.”
Sadhguru also underlined the need for broader reforms to combat terrorism in the long run. He advocated for equal distribution of education, welfare, and economic opportunities as a way to address root causes.
Meanwhile, search operations continue in the Kashmir Valley, with the National Investigation Agency (NIA) working closely with local police to track down the perpetrators.
