Students hospitalized in Srikalahasthi due to food poison

A food poisoning incident occurred at the BC Boys Hostel in Srikalahasti, resulting in 16 students falling ill. On Tuesday, after having their regular breakfast at the hostel and proceeding to school, several students began to vomit. They were immediately shifted to Srikalahasti Area Hospital, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.

Former Chairman of the Srikalahasteeswara Swamy Devasthanam Trust Board, Anjuru Taraka Srinivasulu, along with YSRCP leader Vadla Thangal Balaji Reddy, visited the hospital to check on the condition of the students. They inquired with the doctors about the treatment being provided.

YSRCP Youth Wing President of Srikalahasti Constituency, Srivari Suresh, Joint Chittoor District General Secretary Balischetti Vijay Sekhar, Perumal Chowdary, and leaders of various student unions also participated in the visit.
