CM Chandrababu Approves ₹44,000 Crore Investments in Andhra Pradesh

Amaravati, Jan 30: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu chaired the State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) meeting, where ₹44,776 crore worth of investments across 15 projects were approved. These projects are expected to generate 19,580 jobs in the state.
Key Investments:
- Navayuga Engineering Limited will establish a 2,300 MW power generation project in Alluri district with an investment of ₹14,328 crore.
- Megha Engineering proposed a pumped storage power project in Annamayya district with an investment of ₹10,300 crore.
- Yaspri Limited will set up a 118 MW power generation project in Anantapur and Sathya Sai districts with ₹972 crore investment.
- Anantapur Renewable Private Limited will develop a power project in Anantapur with ₹1,163 crore investment.
- Kadapa Renewable Limited will set up a renewable energy project in Sathya Sai district with ₹1,163 crore investment.
- Ayana Renewable Power Limited will develop a solar power plant in Kurnool district with ₹4,435 crore investment.
- Ampin Company is investing ₹3,142 crore to establish a 350 MW wind and solar hybrid power plant.
- SAEL Company will set up a 600 MW solar power plant with ₹3,456 crore investment.
- Tata Power is investing ₹2,000 crore in a 400 MW solar power project in Anantapur.
- Coromandel International Limited received approval for the expansion of its fertilizer plant in Kakinada.
CM Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to ensure the swift implementation and grounding of these investment projects, emphasizing their role in driving economic growth and employment in Andhra Pradesh.
