"Those Who Believed in Me Prospered": CM Chandrababu Naidu
Motakatla, Annamaiah District: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu visited Motakatla village in Sambepalli Mandal, Rayachoti constituency, where he participated in the NTR Pension Scheme distribution program.
He personally handed over pensions to beneficiaries, unveiled an NTR statue in Sambepalli, and laid the foundation for several development projects. He also interacted with IT professionals and various sections of the public, sharing insights on the state's future development plans.
"Knowledge and Hard Work Lead to Growth"
Addressing the gathering, Naidu highlighted the importance of education and skill development, stating that those who believed in his vision have benefited significantly. He recalled his efforts in promoting the IT sector, establishing Hyderabad’s Hi-Tech City, and securing investments from major tech companies.
Naidu shared how Telugu professionals are now excelling worldwide, especially in the United States, where their average income surpasses that of American citizens. He also mentioned the global protests by NRIs when he was arrested, stating that Telugu people in 80 countries demonstrated their support for him.
"Andhra Pradesh Will Become a Work-From-Home Hub"
The CM reiterated his vision to transform AP into a Work-From-Home hub, ensuring job opportunities for rural youth. He revealed plans for co-working spaces and startup incubators, including five Tata Innovation Hubs, to enable professionals to work remotely from their hometowns.
"Welfare and Development Go Hand in Hand"
Naidu credited TDP founder NTR for developing Rayalaseema, stating that his government continued those efforts by investing ₹64,000 crore in irrigation projects. He criticized the previous YSRCP government, accusing it of mismanaging irrigation projects and failing to develop the region.
Highlighting welfare schemes, he emphasized initiatives like three free LPG cylinders per household, enhanced Rythu Bharosa payments of ₹20,000, and improved rural roads. He also took pride in the WhatsApp Governance initiative, which was inspired by Nara Lokesh's ideas during the Yuvagalam Padayatra.
Naidu urged people to support a government that ensures progress, stating that caste, region, and religion should not dictate their decisions—only development and justice should matter.
